Hi, I’m Kim. I run Balance & Flow Business Support. I’ve worked in small businesses for over 10 years and seen the people running them get tied down and overwhelmed with admin tasks that they’d rather not be doing – this is where I come in to help. I’m methodical and detail-oriented, and I’ll always explain things clearly so you know what’s happening and why.

I recommend Xero because it’s designed for Australian small businesses and works really well for day-to-day bookkeeping. It’s cloud-based, secure, and widely used across Australia. It also supports Australian compliance requirements, including BAS reporting and payroll/STP if relevant.

I'm not a registered BAS or Tax Agent; I work under the supervision of a registered BAS Agent. This means I can provide BAS preparation and lodgement services legally and with full compliance.
All BAS services and supervision are provided by BAS Advisory Group Pty Ltd (registered BAS agent no. 26328712). Balance & Flow assists in preparing BAS information, which is then reviewed and lodged by BAS Advisory Group Pty Ltd as part of a supervised arrangement.
